This kind of automatic high temperature furnace is utilized for carbonization and reduction of metal powders as well as sintering of cemented carbide and heavy alloy. It is automatically charged and discharged. Motions of charge device and furnace doors are turned into photo electrical information and are controlled by PLC. Furnace door guide at charge entrance is sealed by an air curtain protection which makes a good sealing effect. Furnace door in te center of furnace body is provided,leading to a low gas consumption and stable atmosphere inside the furnace.
